1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with OpenText for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to bauka.alimgazy1@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
3. Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. If you wish to receive a refund for a recent charge, simply follow the refund request process described above within 30 days of the charge.
5. Trial Plans
Trial week plans are fully refundable within the 30-day guarantee period. If you are charged the standard monthly rate after the trial period ends, you may request a refund within 30 days of that charge.
