Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

OpenText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenText shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
